Quick Reference Guide for Secure Mail in Outlook Quick Reference Guide for Novartis Data Exchange Novartis' Secure Messaging services Novartis provides associates and their external partners several ways to securely exchange confidential e-mail messages and large files. The service has been explicitly build to fulfill highest security standards and smoothest possible usage. Secure Mail is established since December 2011 and provides the foundation of the new messaging services. After initial registration external partners can also be enrolled in a secure manner. Since December 2013 the Novartis Data Exchange service enriches the portfolio with a easy to use web portal based large file transfer solution. Internal users can use the service instantly; External users need to be enrolled with the help of the Secure Mail functionality.
